I think you need to stay. The 250-300 hours of PIC ME Jet and 35K is far better than what you will get in the regionals. The PIC time is what you need not the SIC. I know the pay may not be great but you also need to look at quality of life of being home most evenings. I know alot of people that would give up regional flying for a job like yours. Good luck on what ever your choice is.

Maybe, I know three that left Delta in that time frame; two for corporates, one to military technician never to return. Also, one who just quit to enjoy his wife’s last years. Two on furlough at AA and two from UA furlough never went back having passed up recall. I see them pretty often and no regrets.

NetJets also had a CE-560EP captain who was on furlough from UA and he went back to UA.
