Spirit 5th year Captain (we don't have 5th year FO's unless by choice) $202/ hour + 2% A321 override + 11% DC= $228.70/hour X 72 guarantee X 12 bid periods= $197,600.60.

Little over year removed from Flex now at Spirit.
104.42/hr + 2% A321 override + 11% direct contribution = 118.22/hr X 72 guarantee X 12 bid periods = $102,145 Ability to drop, swap trips with red/green is huge. Average 15-18 days off a month. All I can say to my Flex friends is get out ASAP. Every day your losing seniority at a better company. |
