4 years before it starts going to customers.

A lot can happen in 4 years. Just look at the fractional market 4 years ago...and 4 years before that. Imagine the market alone in 4 years?

How much do your Flight Management Reps make? Are they treated well?

I guess so. The title of the job is Flight Management Representative.

Well if that is the case. I can't answer the question. All I know is I talk to a new one every week.

PlaneSense used to have two separate positions that they merged into one. Crew Services and Owner Services. Now, everyone is cross trained to fill either roll and is titled a Flight Management Representative.

I'm not sure how they're treated in their environment. They're at a totally separate location off of the airport property. I can only speak for Flight Crew interaction which, is limited to the phone and thats pretty much it. I can say without a doubt that sometimes and, naturally so, there is tension on the phone from the Crew towards the Representative. They're responsible for arranging hotel accommodations, transportation, meals if required, informing the crew of rest assignment, show time, schedule for the following day and more. With regard to hotel accommodations and transportation, this doesn't always happen on time or even correctly.

The last one received was serial #1367 and I think that was in February? I believe another one is on the way before the year ends. I believe I've seen the the /45s advertised for 1.5m... I think.
