You could always start here:

I've always thought that one of the best things about CS is the basing policy. You just have to live within two hours of either BOS, HPN, EWR, BWI, ATL, MCO, FLL, MIA, ORD, DFW, DEN, LAX, SFO, PHX, CVG, SAT, STL, BNA, MCI, IAD, SMF, LAS, IAH, CLE, or GSO. Unless your family really lives out in the boonies, you should be able to get close!

By not knowing your schedule, think he meant not knowing where you will me flying to and RONing in advance. What you WILL know is what days you will be on and off tour (for the next year!!!!)

You don't know where to start? How about looking on this website (www.airlinepilotcentral.com) and look at the fracional tab (I think you have to press the airlines button first). You can see a lot of info about all of the fractionals including contact info and pay.
Netjets and Flexjet are also hiring quite a bit.
