Default Netjets - Any poop on the new agreement?

Hey,

Dying here, I'm not on the property yet, just trying to make some semi-informed decisions. So I understand this may be better for the IBT board, I just don't have access yet.

Any word yet as to what's in the agreement, specifically whether it includes HBA? Any predictions as to how it will be received?

Thanks

Don't die yet...but you may need life support for a while. Be prepared for a long wait.

Bargaining ends approx Oct 1.
Then then union decides if it is worth a vote.
Then it will be sent out for membership review
Approx 30 days later will be the vote
A few days after that they will be counted.
IF it passes.....there is currently no implementation date.

There will be no news until mid Oct.

They are claiming 100 pilot bases and lots of other stuff, but it is all subject to change before being released to the pilots to think about and put to a vote. From what I've seen and heard so far I don't think it will pass without a lot more tweaking (too many negative things that are thrown in to get the 100 bases so far). Nobody will know anything for sure for a little bit over a month and even then once we see the exact details we will still have to vote it in. If anything does come of this, it will be December at the earliest before anything beyond the current LOAs changes.
