Holy crap. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't just read it myself. I wonder how long it will take to convince some of the NJI guys that it's true. You could hand some of them the LOA to read for themselves and they still wouldn't believe it. All I can say to them is welcome to our gang.

Both groups will have to be professional and respectful during the next few years. MEC has said that RTS and his legal team signed off and happy as both groups are being treated fairly. This will be one of the most progressive mergers in aviation history, I am impressed so far.

Pay scales for NJI?
I have never seen this information anywhere.

Rest assured, whatever happens, nobody will take a pay cut.

Mec has said that at full integration we will all be on the same contract. Meaning a 10 year pilot BE400, 560XL, 750, G4, G5 etc will make a base of 119,000.
All aircraft over 40K, 2000LX, G4, G5 will have a payscale that progresses over year 14(all the smaller aircraft pay rates top out at 14). I believe top end at year 17 is 149,000. You can add a easy 15% to these figures for your W2 total with hourly OT(which NJI doesn't get now) extended days, holidays.

Top end in the lasy year of the IBB contract, 2015, 2000LX, and G4 and G5 aircraft will be 158,550 on the 7n7 with a 4% bonus at the end of every year after 17 years of service on your W2 earnings. A pilot with a base of 158K can count on making 180K. The 18 day will top out at 192,877 and can plan on a W2 total of around 220K
All planes under 40,000lbs will top out after year of service 14 at 136,846(7n7) and 166,473(18day) but if you add the 3% COLA adjustment, as I did for the large airplanes, (the cola will kick in in year 2013) a pilot on the smaller airframes will make in 2015 150K(7n7) 181K(18) again you can add ther 15% for these number for OT,extended days, holiday pay. The smaller planes will get the same 4% bonus every year on W2 earningsd after year 14 since that is when their payscale tops out.
