I came from the regionals and although I am still in training, it has been light years ahead of anything I experienced at the regional level...and I worked for a good company.
The training, the support, the culture, the everything.....amazing!
It would take something HUGE for me to go back to 121.

While I see your point there is another way to look at it... although the stock explosion may be over, it will continue to rise gradually. Same thing with NJA. As of now, it's a good long term investment. For example, if you bought Coke stock right now, you'd make some money if you left alone for 30 years. If you get on with NJA now, you'll make some money and have good QOL over your career.

I very much had my scope aimed directly at NJA, but now...not as much. I'm trying to be as versatile as possible. I recently left Cape Air and took a job on a Hawker 800 for a small 91/135 company. In fact I'm in day 2 of training here in Dallas at Simuflite as I type this.
You are within FEET of Flexjet people. Wander over to the other side of the third floor about 0900 on Monday - there will be food, and interviewees. Have a conversation with Karen. If you are willing to move, it's a great opportunity.
