NetJets ME, NAS Interview

I would appreciate if someone could give me some hints for my first (FO) interview with NJME/NAS to take place at FSI in two weeks from now.

The interview includes an aptitude (written) test of 60-90 minutes and a simulator evaluation of 45-60 minutes, as well as a panel interview.

What should I prepare for the written test, and for the sim evaluation (I never flew turbofan aircraft yet, only turboprops and piston twins)?

I would also like to know things such as pay and benefits in addition to the above. I don't have an interview, but did apply recently.

Here, let me really confuse you, do you mean NJ, Inc/ NJI, Inc/ NJA Inc?

NetJets Inc. (Owns everyone...NJA,NJA, EJM, NJS(sales), NJS(services div).

NJA:Union, 2300+ pilots, pay is on this website. (Planning to enact single carrier status on NJI in 2.8 years) Can transfer to NJI

NJI:Non-union, pay is kept secret and varies with pilot and position, 250 +/- pilots. Only GIV and GV aircraft. Cannot transfer to NJA. If absorbed by NJA seniority status will be up in the air.
