NetJets 15 Flex and Guard Sched
Current NJA's,
Curious to know how far in advance you know your days on a 15 Flex schedule -- or if it's just that, you don't know your on/off specific days in that schedule range?

On the flex schedule you won't know if you're working til the day prior. Mil leave is no problem, just let them know what days you need and they will block them off your schedule.

Realize also, from the 2 months these new schedules been out, that the 15 day seems to be being used to cover the weekends, it's been 5 days Fri to Tues, 3 times a months. Having said that, so far in the first month, and for the old 18 day sched, it's gone down exactly as at the beginning of the month. Your mileage may vary . . .
