Netjets recent classes (pilot backgrounds)

Can anyone from a recent class share any background info on the pilots in the classes? i.e. % of 121\135\mil etc.

Thanks

Good question. Hopefully it’s 99.9% mil :D:D.

I'd like to see more furloughed pilots in the mix, particularly those that have no airline to go back to.

Hey Miser, Let's not be greedy...

Hey MiserDD,

How about a nice mix of new hires, including recently furloughed civilians still paying their $80,000 in student and flying loans:p. How about 50/50 so everyone gets a fair chance.. LOL!

Good luck to you Miser and to all of us in these tough times!

Just finished a week of company recurrent and was told the average flight time of the new-hires is 6,000 hours. Don't know what the mix is.

maybe a few lunar landings and space shuttle time might help.......

If I look at the moon while landing does that count?

Wow, that sux, Net Jets has gotten really competitive. I might have to go back to slinging crack to make the ends meet :D, chances aren't good right now at 3500TT

Actually when I got hired over 2 years ago, we were told the average TT was 9000 hours. Hang in there...your time will come.

I was the high time guy in my class with 14K,but the low time guy had around 4k so with 3.5k you are definitely competitive, the higher time guys, especially the retired legacy captains skew the average upward, but they are most certainly hiring guys with 2.5-4k,cheers,and good luck !
