How about a nice mix of new hires, including recently furloughed civilians still paying their $80,000 in student and flying loans

I was the high time guy in my class with 14K,but the low time guy had around 4k so with 3.5k you are definitely competitive,the higher time guys,especially the retired legacy captains skew the average upward,but they are most certainly hiring guys with 2.5-4k,cheers,and good luck !
