CS Captain Killed at Reno Air Show
 

Erica Simpson Age 32 (a Captain for CS) was killed Sat. morning after the wing of her home made plane broke off while doing a roll at the Reno Air Show. I did not know her, but I have friends that did and she will be deeply missed.

God Bless her and her family.

Wow - that is tragic! Article says she flew the CJ1 - I didn't know CS continued to fly CJ1s? This is a good reminder to live every day to the fullest. RIP

The "Show" isn't until this weekend, BTW. The accident had nothing to do with the races themselves.

Saw the website - I can see why she will be missed - you can feel the joy by reading those pages. RIP.
