Avantair results
As the only fractional company that is public (on it's own), these seem to be great results.
Will be interesting to see how they fare with the recent trends of the equity market.
I'm thinking--as good as anybody.
What do you think?

I think they are getting closer to breakeven and eventual profit. The key is building scale (fleet size) to reduce expensive repositioning and external charters while reducing their own costs (becoming more efficient). The fleet continues to grow and they are better able to reduce those big expenses. The airplane is clearly a winner (efficient, comfortable for pax, fast) and as fuel costs continue to fluctuate, the P180 will be seen in a favorable light for many potential owners. As an owner, if you need something the size of a Beechjet or CJ then the P180 becomes a viable alternative (and it will save you money).
Fleet size, reducing costly respositioning/external charter and enhancing internal efficiencies will all be critical to future success. I am sure all of the other fractionals are scrutinizing Avantair's public financials right now.
