This all makes me sick. Just like many other of you I spent 3K on an ATP and days after applying, NJA stops hiring. Why do we (pilots) keep doing this to ourselfs? O'well. I hope to see you all in a ***QS some day....

I got a call from NJA today as did many other who interviewed at CMH in Jun, Jul, and Aug. Basically she said they didn't expect to have any info on class dates or hiring numbers until the first of next year. She also said that they aren't doing interviews until then as well.

Hey FlyFast,

Just curious why you would leave the left seat of a G-V for Netjets? I know they are a good company but that seems like a pretty big backwards step.

Not his choice when he leaves that job probably. His "good deal" time might just be coming to an end!

Hehe, that's no ordinary G-5. FlyFast, where are you stationed?

If I could stay in the G-V for the rest of my AF career, I wouldn't be applying at NetJets. I really like the "business jet" type flying and want to do it until I retire and also would like to stop moving every 3-4 years. For me, NJ is a career choice and a quality of life choice. I love the G-V, but would also love to get to fly a few other business jets as well. Just hope it isn't a Beech 400 as I already have the type and a few hundred hours in that.
