NJA new hire bases?

Hey,
Had an NJA CJX come into the airport the other day with a capt that used to be a CFI at the school I work at. He let me sit up front and I have to tell you what a beautiful airplane. You folks that fly it are lucky.

There was a new letter of agreement between the union and company that will allow those hired post contract to change domiciles (within the 5 available). The new agreement requires the company to post domicile openings by fleet and it allows pilots to bid for their prefered domicile. There are some catches with it if a pilot changes there are some more seat locks involved and a pilot has to stay at that domicile for at least 2 years. I'm not sure of all the details, but pilots now have a little more choice after being hired. The 5 domiciles themselves haven't changed and there is nothing about adding any more, but it is a baby step forward in the new domicile system.
