http://www.flightworks.com

I think they have over 80 pilots but I don't know if they are hiring or not.

Default Flightworks

They have two offices, one in Manasses, Virginia and one in Kennesaw, Georgia. I know several guys that have gone there and are EXTREMELY happy. One was a 3000 hour instructor type with no jet time, hired into the Citation...upgraded within 6 months....Great Guy. Other one, solid background, plenty of freight dog, 135, etc. He claims it's the best 135 gig out there. Pay is all salary, don't know specifics but everyone says it's above industry standard. Call in by 6 PM night before for next days schedule, something like 5 hard days and 5 soft days off per month. Director of Ops comes in for coffee at the Starbucks off Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw just about every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 AM. They're building plenty of new hangars. Good luck, don't know the code on getting hired there.

Kennesaw location
I work right next door at H&L Aircraft. I know a few of the guys over there, Peter is on the pc-12 he is a good friend as well as one of my instructors, and steve one of there detail guys. Flightworks has a very nice place there, and they just got a contract for a 6 acre lot on the field to build a new place a few years down the road but things are in the works. They are growing for sure.

Is that 5 hard, 5 soft like week on week off? Do you bid those, are there even lines to bid?
thanks

Default Schedule

Not real sure but the guys I know there have stated that the schedule is call in by 6 PM the night before to see what you're doing the next day. I believe the soft/hard days are on a bid. Sorry no definite answer for you. Still, a great gig if you live in the Atlanta area and you can get in.

Default Not Hiring Now

I'm based on the same field with internal rec's, app on file for over a year, ATP, and single pilot part 135 pax carrying experience and can't get a cup of coffee. Not currently hiring, and have reduced the number of pilots per aircraft.
