Does anyone know what the payscales for NJI are? I didn't see any payscales for the bigger gulfstream equipment on the NJ payscale.

NJI doesn't really have payscales- the new pilots they hire off the street negotiate their own rates. The NJA union got the W2s from NJI to substantiate the average rates per year in order to pay the NJA pilots who bid over to NJI under the LOA in the new contract the higher of the average for NJI pilots or the class IV pay scale rates that should be included in the NJA payscale section. The averages were never posted anywhere (probably due to some agreement in the LOA, but I'm not sure about that). I have heard that the average pay is higher than the class IV payscales that were negotiated and the the FOs who have gone over are getting the higher pay, but that there is a class action suit for the captains because they are not getting the higher pay. I guess all I can say is that the payscales are better than what is listed in the NJA class IV section.
