Looking at jumping ship from a dying regional and getting closer to home in MI. Would moving out of 121 doom me from the majors/LCCs down the road if I ever want to get back to 121? Any current NJM info would be greatly appreciated.

I flew there in the early 2000's, but left for Netjets in 2008, My facebook feed has recently had weekly ads advertising for Learjet PIC and SIC, so they're looking. The pilot management people that they've had for the last few years are good people that I respect, so I think it would be worth taking a look.

I interviewed with them last year. I found everyone I dealt with to be very down to earth and just plain friendly. I also spoke to a pilot that worked for the company and he had good things to say about the company.. I was offered a position in FL but, elected to go elsewhere. I don't know much about the operation but, the folks that run the place are great.

Anybody at Norther Jet or recently left? I have a second interview in the near future and am curious about the company and process. They seem like a great company and I'm intrested in moving forward with them based on what I know.

Sadly I'm not there currently, but I'm also looking at joining them. Care to share any information about the process so far?
