Default Citation Shares "Merit Based" Advancement System

I’ve heard Citation Shares has a “merit based” vs. seniority based advancement system. Would one of you Citation Shares pilots please elaborate on how this works? In your experience at CS, does the system seem “fair” or have you seen abuses?

Go to work and do your job well, you will upgrade generally in "seniority" order. No big deal.

That's sounds really interesting. I have a good bud that flies for CitationShares, but he's never mentioned it.

Are schedules & time off, etc, still bid by seniority?

Schedules are assigned. You can ask to change and I think that is by seniority.

Vacation time is first-come-first-serve.
