7 on 7 off. Based out of Sacramento (Mather I think). Must live in Sacramento. (they recently closed their east coast base in ILM). Straight salary if what I have been told is correct.

KingAirs and Citation X aircraft. From what I hear they are making money on the X, losing a bit on the king air fleet. Significant number of aircraft on order.

WILL NOT HIRE CURRENT AIRLINE EMPLOYEES (At least as a general rule of thumb, although considerations might be made if you have strong INTERNAL recommendations). This is from being burned several times in the past.

Pay is decent, upgrades (X) run about 12-16 months if what I have been told is correct. They just announced orders for more aircraft (X's), and will most likely be receiving deliveries through 2008.

Based on second hand knowledge, they are looking for ATP, kingair or X time or quality turbine time, and current corporate/high end charter experience.

Are there a lot of fractionals that don't hire 121 guys?

XO jet isn't a fractional- it's a charter operator... Most of the big fracs will hire 121 guys, but they also operate more like airlines.(including contracts and such)
