They say they’re hiring into Challenger and Phenoms.... if the end goal is captain on either the Gulfstream or Global Express... how many years would that take to make reality???

Zero. Those are interview positions.

I'm not sure how its taken me so long to find FlexJet, seems like a great place to get into transport flying.

I've got 1200 hrs in F-18s, with a 2 year break for a ground tour, now doing contract flying. Would this be a good stepping stone to move on the majors? Pay seems much better than any of the regionals I've seen.

For me it’s more a good lifestyle and a permanent job. You want a job that’s the same every day or you want an “adventure”

Yes. Excellent place to park for years if need be until you move on to a legacy. Obviously you don't know how the search feature works on any forum so just rest assured... It's a great place with no skeletons or warts. Or union protections. Or seniority. Bring your apron and knee pads. 🤜👌

I was standing in the gate area and was approached by a guy in the most ridiculous looking uniform (if you can call it that). Said he worked for Flexjet. Is that the official uniform for pilots? Grey shirt, pinstriped pants, light tan belt and gold’ish tie? I thought maybe it was a Joke at first
