Default Avantair PRIA custodian?

Does anyone know if Avantair assigned someone to handle PRIA requests after they turned out the lights?
Do they have any legal obligation to do this, or did the pilot records get sold at the auction like everything else?

Thanks in advance.

The way PRIA reads is a "reasonable attempt" to obtain the records. If the company is BK a reasonable attempt has been made. Nothing you can do. I'm in the same boat with 7 years at Independence Air- the records simply no longer exist.
