I’d stay away from this Company. Management could care less for its pilots. They had two Chief pilots in less than a year both ran for greener pastures. The Director of Ops is tool at best and will always side with the company. If he can exploit you for a nickel he will. And Remember once you sign the dotted line on the “ Training Note”. The D.O. Nor the company will lift a finger to help. Why??? Because they hold close to 50K over your head. So feel free to quit at any time if you realize you were lied to. You will only make Jetselect more money.

I’d be careful saying that. The way it is written it’s more of a loan than a contract. Basically you need this training to remain employed. We will loan “note” you the money to pay for the training, and if you work for us we will treat each month worked as a payment. The Training “note” is very different that a training contract. Jetselect is simply acting as a bank loan officer. If you read it the repayment terms are almost the same as a car/home/etc loan repayment to a bank.
