I would be interested in HIO. What are they looking for as far as mins? Not too much info available online but from reading the thread it sounds like a nice place. Any other details?

Apply through Xojet website. Updated minimums are listed there.

Is this a part 121 or 135 job? Also what are typical start times and what times do you get done? Asking for AZ. Thanks.

125 and you will likely never upgrade in AZ. But if all the people ahead of you that will never upgrade leave then you have a chance of upgrading. Not a horrible place to work. There are far worse but don't expect a quick upgrade.

I'm interested in HIO as well. I just sent an application in. Any updates would be great! 2800+ TT, over 1300+ Turbine. I read earlier that if one meets the mins they'll get called. Is that still true? Have QOL, pay, etc., changed from when this thread was first started?

Thanks!

Phone screen with HR is the next step. Pay and QOL are unchanged for now.

Any news over at GMJ? Good? Bad?
Curious if there have been any changes in pay etc.? Also, very interested in MHR base... Looked on the XOjet website and did not see any openings for the GMJ side. Any plans for future hiring in the works? Appreciate any info anyone might have.. Thanks!

The job listing is posted and active and were are currently hiring. We just hired a pilot for MHR and he is finishing up IOE now, therefore you may be placed in a pool until an additional vacancy opens up.

Looks like I didn’t look hard enough the first time... just saw the job postings. Thanks for attaching the pay info! Any idea what attrition is like at MHR? Typical time spent in the pool if hired?

Hard to tell, most are lifers. Could be in the pool for a few weeks to several months. Feel free to PM.
