Pay: 52k for FO, 75k for CA

Decent benefits (health, 401k, etc.)

QOL: all day trips, weekends off, major holidays off (Friday and the Monday), two weeks off for xmas, thanksgiving week off, July 4th week off, plus two weeks off of your choice. Average 40-45hrs/month.

Upgrade is merit based.

HIO, IWA and MHR bases. MHR closing at the end of the year with a SJC base taking its place.

Flights only between bases, no extra flying. Planes are in great shape with excellent maintenance. Sim training at CAE DFW.

Thanks WillEMB, I am moving to PHX and am interested in GMJ so it's nice to get some info. Anyone know if 3k TT is a solid minimum or can good experience get you in with less? Thanks guys

Has anyone been hired here since March of this year? If so, how was the interview process, and what do you think so far?

Any updates?

I did a phone screening today. We went through my resume and she asked why I was interested. Asked about any violations/accidents/incidents, check ride failures, etc. Talked about the basics of the operation and company. She said she'll let me know next week whether or not I'd get the invite for the face to face which is done at the base you're applying for (Mesa/Hillsboro/Mather). Still not sure when Mather guys are getting moved to San Jose, but they hope to know by the end of this month. It may affect Mesa as well but not 100% about that.

At the XOJET website, San Jose FO is listed under GMJ Shuttle (since April) bit when I begin to full out the app it shows San Jose [Not accepting]. Any hiring or forecast updates? Thx.

Anyone hear what the staring pay would be for the San Jose base?

Kalamazoo 09-16-2016 07:20 PM

San Jose is a fly through airport, there is a station manager but it's not a crew base.
