Hi Guys,
I am with Southern Air, I recently flew to Las Vegas , and walked up to the gate , the gate agent was very pleasent , listed me, and i was on my way. Really nice crew too.
On the way back I showed up 1.5 hours before departure, and the gate agent told me that i would have to list online using myid90, i looked up the information, and the login 9semp, and password 023 did not worked.
I asked her if she could please list me, this was 1 hour before departure, she said no, that the flight closed within one hour, and that her hands were tied. I truly wished I could've spoken to the captain, but she said the captain was not going to do anything about it since the flight was closed. The flight left without me, with open seats.
Long story short, I ended up missing 2 flights on american after that because so many jumpseaters, and finally made it to Milwaukee the next day.
The flight left with open seats. Can anyone help me get in touch with who is in charge of your myid90 website, as our login does not work anymore, and it hasnt been update it in many many years. Or your jumpseat coordinator.
And yes we do have a reciprocal agreement with frontier.
Thank you in advanced.

Hopefully they can help. Sorry to hear you had issues. Commuting enough is stressful the way it is.

I am sorry that you were left behind that really stinks...The gate agents can indeed list you. Here's a little blurb that I have that when the gate agent gives an off line pilot grief over not listing please inform the gate agent that...
"Crewmembers May ask to be listed at the gate" !! (If traveler doesn't have access to www.id90travel.com)
-If agent says "a memo" said they can't list a jumpseater, ask to see the PNP yourself.
-If still no action or they don't know how, ask for the sup to come do it.
-If still no action, call flt ops duty phone and stress the importance of getting this done so our pilots will be able to get to work in the future.
-Note, agents should not be pressuring pilots about D-0 when the pilot is working to get the operation to run according to the book. We Should take a delay in order to do it right!
-Afterwards write up incident using ALPA website link or [email protected]

Im sorry this happened to you. As a commuter myself, I fully understand your frustration. I too make the walk up to gate to area to make sure nobody is left stranded.
As far as correcting the ID90travel login issues, that would be through your own airline's jumpseat coordinator, not ours. That website isn't specific to Frontier, and the login info you provided is generated by Southern's travel/jumpseat person.
You can also list by calling (800) 432-1359. Also, check out our jumpseat policy on Apla's website http://www.jumpseatinfo.org/AirlineJumpseatPolicies/tabid/1592/Default.aspx
Again, very sorry this happened to you. We are always happy to take as many jumpseaters as we have seats.

MAKE THEM CALL THE HELP DESK! This is inexcusable, but are management thinks we are field slaves and an uncomfortably large number of our pilots are complicit in allowing the our abuse. Yo7bare NOT REQUIRED to list, BUT you just experienced the level of incompetence we call the new normal. We have a numbe4 of Captains who don’t do a courtesy check of jumpseaters or nonrevs. Don’t feel too bad, one dufus denied me a Jumpseaters on my OWN AIRLINE! Welcome to the latest Wall Street rape victim...Frontier

I know you’re not supposed to name names but I’d do it here... it’s one thing to get left behind by a gate agent, but to have one of our pilots flat out say no is egregious... and I know somebody is gonna chime in and say it’s his or her jumpseat and they have final authority but that’s horse****
Not going to lie, the post is kind of confusing.
