On that note.. Is this something our union could push for legally? Requesting that all line pilots acting in any type of training capacity resign from doing so.
Does this make sense? The union is spending resources informing/warning potential new hire candidates of the pitfalls of accepting a job at Frontier. But when those same pilots ignore this warning, and accept employment anyways. The Union stands idely by, while our Union brother and sister line pilots train them? How is this helping? I thought the Company's inability to attract, train and retain new pilots was one of our largest bargaining chips. Every Union memo I get mentions this. Am I wrong?? Delusional? This whole process just sucks. |
I’m guessing that that is a very fine line.
But, you’d think it would be obvious. I’m not sure how many hints the union has to put out. |

I completely agree. I wonder how many people have helped the company out by becoming the lowest paid check airman in the industry over the past year. But at least we are hiring some of the most unqualified candidates for them to fly with.

How many different threads do we need to complain about the same thing?
