Look I believe 911 was an inside job and Kennedy was killled by the CIA but I just don’t see a grand conspiracy here between our MEC, NC and Indigo.
They obviously see something you don’t. If it was as simple as saying no then they would have said no.

Username checks out.

Motivation for the 6-0 vote I think is simple... and that is let the group of adult professionals decide for themselves. Probably reasonable.

when they voted "no" 6 months is very optimistic
17 months for Delta
6 months for Southwest

IF this TA gets voted down by the pilots, what message have we sent to the company if we send the same MEC, who voted unanimously for this TA, back to ask for more? I think Indigo would walk all over these guys (as they already have) and we’d see a 2% (or something small) increase and another TA.

If it fails, the MEC and NC need to go.

If it gets voted down the MEC and NC will most likely resign.

I think Bruce York's comments on voting this down paralleled what BK's spreadsheet was trying to point out. We'd be holding out for a single item gain vs a wholesale increase.

I'd like to see rates/overrides that reflect a legitimate industry average, and a 5 hour min calendar day. But sadly, I think we are past that now.

I think this will sail on through to ratification with very little resistance.

Southwest was 12 months. TA1 voted down in November of 2015. TA2 passed and ratified in November of 2016.

I love it. Frontier truly is the "gas station hot dog" of the airlines.

Vote NO to high cholesterol gas station hot dogs!

You realize even at $2.30 DOS that’s a whopping extra $70-90 bucks per month depending on how much you fly, or an extra $17.50-22.50 per week. Or basically one decent meal at Applebee’s per trip. I’m not sure why guys get so worked up about Per Diem...

I can’t comprehend how this has a realistic chance of passing unless everything collectively is equal or greater to B6. Not to mention no same occupation LTD until 65? WTF, even Spirit has that.

That is not their job. If they thought this thing was a turd they would have voted it down. Did you listen to the webinar? They are trying to sell it.
Your post makes no sense.

This is true. I've talked to many of them in person about it and I almost got the impression that they believed themselves.
