I’d say we are pretty much there. Sorry snowflake, we will never be industry leading here, but you can keep slamming your keyboard until you feel better

It’s a good thing the LCC Southwest pilots don’t share your low self esteem otherwise they would still be dragging the bottom with us.

Hate to break it to you but this contract is not even close to Spirit. Not only that you don’t even know the PBS rules your about to blindly vote yes to. Unbelivable that a group would vote yes to unforeseen rules implemented by a management group that just drug you through two + years of crap. If ratified you are correct F9 will be bottom barrel FOREVER.

Good post.

Amazing the number of people willing to vote in a sub Spirit contract.

Attend a road show, listen to facts and report back to me! After that, if you feel that Spirit’s contract is better then vote no!

Attended ORD show.

No question. Not better than NK. Or equivalent, for that matter. IMHO.

No.

We are not SouthWest. We are not JetBlue. We are not Alaska. Those are lines are LLCs. Low cost carriers. They still have the typical frills that people come to expect from an airline. They mke repeat customers that have strong brand loyalty.

We are Spirit. We are Allegient. We are RyanAir. We are an Ultra Low cost carrier. We have none of the frills you would expect from an airline, well for a cost we do. That’s how we make money. Not on happy customers but straight low fares. No brand loyalty.

How does anyone think we are the same?

How does any of that matter ^ ? I am an Airbus pilot. Does my management team receive ULCC compensation ? I am the cost of doing business.

Well the NMB seems to think it does...

Delta is flying the new A220. It’s a regional jet. Should all regional pilots get Delta pay? In a perfect world, yes they should! Downside is it is not a perfect world. Management will always make more then the workers. Doesn’t matter if it’s fair or not.

Doesn’t Southwest make $18/hr less than United? But I guess that’s irrelevant!
