Wow.

When you say 'regional riddle rats', you must be referring to college educated, airline pilots with prior part 121 airline experience.

Dude you have issues...I am in my fifties and I’d fly with most regional guys all day long. Some of the best professionals I’ve flown with were regional millennials. Some of the worst ones were guys my age or older who thought they had nothing to learn anymore. Incidentally they also happened to look like slobs. Maybe you could try learning something from those millennials you hate so much.

I like my first officers having GEDs, multiple DUIs, zero airline experience (traffic/banner towing preferred), and old enough to eat for free at IHOP.

I could look it up; but I need my grandchildren for the interweb.
How senior in my class do I have to be to eat free at IHOP?

It is really amazing the types of subjects that are debated on here...

Uniforms? Really?

I’ve always found it hilarious how fired up people get about uniforms. Hat vs no hat, wings vs no wings. Epaulets on outerwear vs not.
