Yup me neither. It doesn't matter at all but I left the spirit mtc feeling very excited and like my life hinged on getting the job. I left F9 mtc feeling like I wanted the job and hope to get an interview but wasn't super excited about spending $1k for interview prep with still having many questions as to what exactly its like working there. I don't know a ton about F9 and was hoping to learn more at that event and I guess it bothers some people that Spirit did a better job of explaining what its like to work there from training to line holder. One of the things they shared; I found to be a big negative that I'd never heard anyone mention before - at spirit you only get i think it was $1k a month training pay until completion of IOE and healthcare doesn't start for 90 days after date of hire. Just nice to know information before you spend a bunch of time and money on interview prep. As you can imagine that pay scenario might come as a shock for a hypothetical pilot leaving a high paying corporate job - it doesn't mean the job isn't worth taking its just something you need to plan for. Anyways hoping to get an interview invitation and will be watching this thread to see when calls/emails go out to other folks. Good luck!

Normal...yes. I got the same email last summer after LAS MTC, got an interview invite a month or so after that, interviewed in Oct and started in Jan, starting IOE in a few days. Some lately have been getting the cog/psych test email before the interview invite. This happened to a friend of mine who got the interview invite just a day or two after submitting the online cog/psych test. You've done all you can do relax. FYI my experience here so far has been outstanding really good people and they want you to succeed. Good luck!
