Spirit Airlines stock has done poorly. Don't know if they even want to, but the time isn't good. SAVE stock is at a 52 week low right now. Don't expect an IPO anytime soon

We wont know till early March now. Just a guess but Fapa invest probably didn’t agree with the company’s valuation so now it’s going to our firm and a neutral? I believe it becomes an average of the 3? My GUESS is ipo later this year depending on market conditions. Should have a more valid opinion after we know what three separate investment banks believe The value is. The higher the more likely an ipo. IMO They almost have to ipo to grow at the rate their advising at some point. I don’t see them risking more and more of their money when they don’t have. Not to mention we have clearly outgrown our current management structure.

What are the Odds of an ownership stake for those on property if/when an IPO happens?

A chance to be an employee-owner sure is a pleasant fantasy.

NK stock has done well. It is currently trading over 3 times its initial IPO price of $12.

Because indigo will eventually sell F9. Selling a private company is much much easier than a public company. No stock holders to represent. Sell it for what you can get. Negotiate behind close doors, no BOD , no activists investors, less talking heads . Take the millions and move on. Selling a public company is a whole other ball game .
