Loa 16

Screw you.... for years we fought for this contract. When things get tough we are all of a sudden giving things up we fought for???

I get the bid is delayed, fine. But the rest? Ummmm.... Indigo can go screw itself. We are a blip in the finances of Indigo. I am not feeling bad for them and this LOA is BS.

Did you actually READ the LOA? I'm guessing no. What did we give up past April? Maybe it's time you go call the cops again, like you did with the letter left in everyone's V file during negotiations. Your credibility here is shot.

Seriously? Did you even read ALPA’s email? Consider yourself lucky you still get a paycheck. Your lack of perspective is mind blowing.

No doubt...

The same people that have reading comprehension issues are also the ones that believe now is an opportune time to stick it to our employer as repayment for transgressions during negotiations. I would say it must be nice to live in that bubble, but that’s a very small and angry bubble.

The Ava is ONLY for April’s bid period and 930 is a gain. Solved most commute problems. The reserve language for May is also a gain. Multiple gains and one 3 week give. I’ll give u that the ability to reassign multiple sequences inside of the original footprint is a give (for 3 weeks) but your getting a hotel. Take the cola if it’s such a bad deal. These guys are hitting home runs with these Loa’s. The company wants something and we get 2/3 things in exchange.

Is it not through September 30th? Thought I read that it was. Maybe just with mutual consent?

AVA can be extended. Mutual agreement. Which would be a good thing imo. Think how Ava will look in May with the majority of lines being turns. We’re talking original footprints in hrs not days. I’ll take one chance to reassign by 930 day prior for that. There’s almost zero downside to Loa 16. I’m planning on a May and June cola myself so I’m happy with that agreement.150k a year to not work while 10’s of millions are losing their jobs. Hard to complain about that.
