Has the company signed the PBS LOA yet?

Don't assume there won't be furloughs. Things are getting worse by the day. States are imposing mandatory quarantines when arriving from certain states. People are canceling their trips again.

Yes they did. Trainers are being trained this week.

Cool, thanks. I figured but didn't know.

There's going to be some anger and fear about doing our PBS mock bid if we have a signifisignificantly reduced number of lines and block hours to bid on.

If that’s the case expect more colas to offset that. Won’t be till October at the earliest anyhow.

Quote: Ok. You can now drop to 30hrs. Great, how many less furloughs do we get for that? Answer-none because we have no idea how many pilots will drop to that number and what the average drop will be. Also, Most Loa’s are temporary. That goes without saying.

Those are good points. But if we have a decent number of lines built to a lower amount- then yes we can figure out how many jobs that could save. Also, not every LOA is temporary- that goes without saying.

Touche. Now your talking about a sec 23 negotiated Loa. They are always temporary. Hopefully that doesn’t happen.

EXACTLY. This talk is premature and the loads I am flying around are break even at least.

The loads you are flying around might be breakeven. But when 45 leased airplanes are sitting in the desert, we ain't breaking even

Technically 20, but the message is the same. The loads might be good now but with the booking tanking and the cut back in flying I can’t imagine this isn’t being discussed. The good thing is that it’s not just us so I feel good about having a company to come back to.

you’re right. I take back my previous statement. This is premature and it’s not a good idea to pre-emptively agree to anything until we’ve had time to read it, understand it, question it, and vote on it. Hopefully none of that becomes necessary.
