Not really. First part was personality, which you can't really study for. Second part was trying to find a pattern with a bunch of shapes that made zero sense whatsoever. I guessed on most of them. Still waiting to see if I made the cut or not. I'm gonna guess I didn't.

Is getting an email invite 1 hour after taking the assessment normal? I took mine last week and have not heard anything so I'm guessing that is not good news.

It totally varies. Some people have waited over a month from assessment completion to interview invite.

Just FYI; I recently took the assessment and received an invite to interview about 24 hours later.

I'm guessing about a month or two at the longest. We need pilots

I took the assessment back at the end of November, and still haven’t heard anything, good or bad.

Anyone have an idea how long to wait? I had a golden eagle rec from a fairly senior captain. I’m surprised I haven’t heard back at this point.

That’s seems like a long time…I did it after that and am in training now…a buddy did his last week and got the interview invite next business day.. it’s possible your stuff got lost in the mix during the HR turnover, (or the assessment just didn’t go well, of course), but your CA buddy should know who to reach out to if needed.

I recommend you go to the next conference or MTC event!
