Default Online assessment

Finally after over 1.5 years of applying I got an invite to do the assessments. I have taken Spirits gallop assessment and Uniteds leadership assessment.
Is this anything like those? Is it all personality type questions? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks everyone!

Nothing to really prep for. Personality questions followed by cognitive puzzle questions.

Just got an invite as well. What's the process like after the assessment? How far are they scheduling interviews? If given a CJO, can you defer the class date a couple months if need be?

So I got an interview invite email about an hour after taking the assessment. I haven’t picked an interview date yet cause my March schedule is unknown. But apparently you do go out to DEN when I thought it was virtual.

It's all in person, takes a full day. Hotels all by the head quarters. https://www.crewtel-usa.com/ has crew discounts at Aloft and Courtyard both nearby. You know at the end of the day if have a CJO.
