The merger is looking less and less likely by the day it seems.

I'm fine with that. No messy merger, no messy seniority list integration, no messy procedures change overs.

Plus, Frontier has a massive order book of 321NEOs and we might see our biggest competitor disappear from the market... and pocket $100 Million in the process.

So, I'd say we are holding up just fine

That all sounds great but that doesn’t help us as the pilot group with getting what we’re worth. With the merger, management was going to be forced to come to the table to negotiate a new contract. Now with the merger unlikely, we can all prepare for a long painstaking process.

That is true, but at least we aren't making only 60% of what everyone else is this time

so who is going to fly those plane when pilots from Envoy and other regionals don’t want to come over?

They will raise pay as needed.

They already upped first year pay and it seems to have helped fill classes.
