Frontier Cadet Program
Hi everyone!
I’m reaching the final process for the cadet program at Frontier. I have a virtual interview next month. As someone who’s never done a real airline interview and honestly isn’t good at interviewing in general what can I expect? Any tips and things I can look at to help prepare! Thank you all |
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

If you've failed a checkride, they'll ask about it.
Man up, take responsibility for it. If you give even a hint of blaming someone else, you'll be reapplying in six months |

I see it mentions minimum experience required for completion is minimums listed by frontier. (It doesn’t mention them.) Does this include R-ATP candidates? Also curious if you’re required to get CFII and MEI? Good luck to you all. It’s great to see progress in the way of opportunity for pilots. Not quite as good as the 250hr days for panam. But still great!

Think about what sets you apart from other candidates. During the interview, highlight those aspects of your character & do so in a way that doesn't disparage others. |
Get an interview prep by one of the interview prep companies. Best $ you’ll ever spend.

All good Info thank you everyone!
I found some questions on Reddit that people were asked as well. I’m a CFI currently and should be at 1500 by the end of the year. Amazes me to think I could go straight to Frontier; I don’t want to mess anything up! |
