SJU looks like it'll remain very junior. That said, there's a lot of new hires who want MCO/TPA/MIA and so they put SJU in their top 5 thinking it's an easy commute, and then end up being put there. There's probably a dozen of them, and since they're all trying to go into the same two or three bases it might be a slow trickle out. I suspect as a new hire I can make the top 15 at SJU by the end of the year. depends on class sizes... and hopefully no more FOs transferring in lol
