(Thank god I bought 200 shares at 3.50.)

Our performance doesn't seem to be affecting sales. We don't seem to be selling a great deal more or less year over year. Our load factors are about the same.

Our problem is pricing. BB said that we can't charge a higher ticket price or people wouldn't purchase but that too seems like a lie. We are underperforming on purpose - there really is no other explanation.

Both seats:

-20 ATL
-25 MCO
-10 PHL
-10 TPA
+15 DFW
+35 CHI
+35 CVG
+20 Total

ATL taking a pretty big hit percentage wise. Also, why are they growing DFW this month too? That couldn't have been done next month after the initial large disruption of opening 2 new bases? They don't give a single solitary F about anything labor related.

I think it will kindof work but be very problematic. Example with the crazy cold temps Recently. You really expect FAs to be standing by the door?

A few years ago when we were using those I had a ramp person pull the air stairs with 2 people still on it. I think the potential for pax injury will be a lot more. Should be fun on plane swaps too!

This is just the beginning of the displacements this year.

IDK, man. The only two places I have experience with outside parking like that is Echo Ramp in CLT for American Eagle, and old commuter world at DCA. IDK if those two places are a direct translation. They do seem to make it happen at TTN with 1-2 aircraft at a time (theoretically 3), so you’re not wrong saying it’s possible. I think it’s definitely going to be fugly.

Def a Hail Mary pass.

West coast pain last displacement East coast pain this displacement. I’m sure Chicago people who haven’t left have to be somewhat happy.

Why? They have almost completely staffed CLE and CVG in a pair of displacements and the classes upcoming should fill in the rest fairly easily.

PHX - “180 pilots within the first year” 150 currently

DFW - 120 planned, 120 currently and growing

CLE - 110…100 currently

CHI - 110…70 in the bid

CVG - 80…70

Excluding PHX they only need to hire another 60 pilots before the bases are staffed per the initial plan then they can go back to filling as needed. Unless of course more bases are announced which seems imminent.

I had seen a few 3 day Vegas trips that had a DFW turn on the middle day. I can only assume this has been moved to actual DFW crews now flying them as we progress to more day trips. I’m sure there are quite a few of these in the system that will be sorted out and staffing levels maneuvered as such. Or maybe we got another gate? I dunno.
