I never heard of this at frontier. There is usually a solid reason why people get asked to resign or fired.

I would agree with this too. Unless there's something about FFT5306 that freaked them out. FOs are cheap and it's easy enough to offer zero time lines (COLAs).

I'd be more worried about Section 19 firings going up like another poster said.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are suing tho. You mutilate your career with a training failure/firing.

Of what benefit is it to the company to ramp up firings?? Just to terrorize the pilot group?

BTW. You were here during COVID right? You remember managment Section 19 pilots for sick calls when a "Global Pandemic" was occurring.

If you don't remember the Union will gladly recount the stories. Confirmed stories btw. Not internet rumor, APC, B.S. nonsense. They were even handing out pins for pilots to wear. 41? 44? I can't remeber the exact number.

But, yeah. That was a thing. Terrorizing the pilot group indeed.

44. Company enjoys ****ing off the pilots and disregarding anything we have to say.

Mike says what we are all feeling and hopefully the company will step up. AL is a breath of fresh air (surprisingly) compared to BL. Maybe this ship will sail in the right direction eventually. Until then, I will continue to do my job, no more, no less. Not give anything extra to the company and will remain professional in my career, even if the company and management do not want to.
