It makes me happy regardless of the reason. BB did a good job reducing cost and put f9 on a positive growth track. Unfortunately his personality and antagonistic behavior killed those gains by only providing lip service to issues and agitating work groups instead of building a culture that is pro f9, he destroyed any that existed.
Nobody knows the future, but my prediction (yes it is fun to go to a gypsy and see what the crystal ball says) and mine says a NK acquisition by Feb. F9 will trade stock in new company for right off most debt, and maybe a $400 mil cash payment. With pilots taking a pay cut expect to see a joint offer of only a 25% increase bringing top pay to around $335. Will have a pass rate of 60% as most jr folks don't care about company long term, and just want raise now and signing bonus as they plan to lease ASAP anyway. Yes my prediction could be as crazy as a FA wearing a mask, but who know. |

Yes my prediction could be as crazy as a FA wearing a mask, but who know. f9 and Spirit is not gonna happen. I think what’s likely to happen going forward is the same %25-40 total increase over a five year period about 9-12 months out from today. minor changes to the carrier to “compete” we don’t have 400 million. We took out loans for the deliveries. We cannot afford retro pay. I expect $25-50,000 signing bonus when that contract goes in where the 50,000 is for the most senior pilots. Dempsey is the new ceo. Indigo isn’t going to shake things up. They hand picked everyone so far. Maybe Barry got in trouble because he said we were gonna get WiFi and that wasn’t approved by Franke. |

I would’ve told you it was the last 3-5 years of tanking financial performance. And then announcing the results in a bathroom stall. |

well? We’re now three pages deep. What were you hoping to get? A few ChatGpt responses, Indigo conspiracies, and golden parachute speculation.
You should thank me for my service. I gave the only honest answer on here. Youre arguing like FOs on reserve. Loud, pointless, and still two contract negotiations behind your peers. But, keep tickling your pickle for an NK merger I think you wearing your mask 24/7 has deprived you of the oxygen you obviously need . Seek the help you need wackjob . |

You may be thinking that will not happen... Your Right. It comes down to what Spirit owns (which as far as I can see is some office space in South Florida and a hotel) Beyond that the only value in in the whole airline intact. However I don't see anybody lining up to buy the Airline because any suiters could just spend the money and expand in to the spirit shadow without taking on the debt. So It all depends on how long it takes the people who control Spirit to recognize this as a stop loss situation. As it stands right now they are selling a couple of buildings and turn kay airline for well more than there worth. A few people have come over to kick the tires ,but nobody seems to see any value. For what it's worth Frontier asset wise is in the same position we may not even own the headquarters building IDK |
The NO MERGE prediction
