Unless of course you personally think installing a four year FO in his 20's as the new MEC is going to be a good move.
You all are like the people protesting in the middle of the street. Loud, obnoxious, selfish, and completely oblivious to the fact that it is not that people don't hear you, Its that people don't agree with you. No amount of shade throwing is going to make the past performance look any better.

Ha, this is hilarious. Let’s see, most of 169. The recall petition warriors led by a certain infamous Captain that has a personal vendetta against MP and a former NC member who RESIGNED has had very little support. It’s going so bad they are misleading and practically begging people to sign it. After being lied to and coerced to sign people are contacting MP to have their names removed when they found out the real reason for the petition. Face it . Most of us are happy with the change that transpired. MM resigning is the reason we are delayed. Let’s get the NC up and running and move on. All this other crap is just sour grapes and is going to cause further delays.

Yup. Without that there’s always going to be a level of distrust making it almost impossible to build unity back up. And no last min in person only garbage. Someone still has to move airplanes while a vote is tallied.
