Hi,
I'd be greatly appreciative if any current GoJet pilot could PM me (preferably with an email address as PMing back and forth seems hit or miss), I have an interview coming up and would greatly appreciate having some questions answered from a line pilot before I hear from a recruiter. Just looking for current information about the standard stuff, as I'm to a point in my current regional that making a switch is the only option and living in base (RDU) would be amazing. Thanks so much for everyone's time.

I was literally asked one question, "Why are you wearing a suit?" I had told them I did not know they were having an open house and came over when I heard because I was just around the corner.
I don't think their questions are as in depth anymore.
Why ruin your career just to be based near home? I don't get that.

As funny as these "do you have a pulse" answers are…
for the original poster:
Are you currently 121?
If you're not, expect it to be fairly technical - they had me brief an approach and the line captain asked 5-6 questions about various things on the chart.. when you could descend, etc., what various symbols meant.. how many miles around the airport does the MSA altitudes cover?
Why GoJet?
What would you do if your Captain showed up drunk?
Typical interview questions, mostly…
If you're currently 121, I doubt they ask much of that, but at the time, I had no 121 time.
