Default Time to hold a line for FO and CA

I am interested in what the date of hire is for FO and CA to hold a line. I would like to see what DOH must be to hold a LEFT SEAT for the different bases.... Kind of looking for something like this that I see on other airlines' forums.

PSA Line Holders

Mainly interested in this to see what DOH would be needed to actually fly left seat. Pay is one thing, but I would be looking for the PIC time.

Thanks!

April line awards and most junior:

DEN CA - 7/2015 line holder
DEN CA - 9/2016 most junior

RDU CA - 2/2016 line holder
RDU CA - 6/2017 most junior

STL CA - 1/2016 line holder
STL CA - 5/2017 most junior

ORD CA - 6/2015 line holder
ORD CA - 6/2017 most junior

DTW CA - 10/2016 line holder
DTW CA - 1/2017 most junior

As far as FOs, any base out of training and only DEN and RDU have maybe 2 months of reserve, max...

So for RDU, basically the only ones sitting right seat as Captain have a hire date of before 2/2016... Meaning one that has been on property for 2 years and are qualified are likely to be holding a Left Seat? I was trying to make sense why people are complaining in other threads about sitting right seat as a CA, from what I see this must affect mostly street captains or guys who upgraded quickly.

Ya, mostly street captains that sit right seat. As a street captain gets more senior, the less right seat flying they will do. The last time I sat reserve, in ORD, I flew 67 hours in the left seat and 0 in the right seat. I think I was either the 1st or 2nd most senior reservist.

It is mostly street CA's that sit right seat as a CA, but if you upgrade quickly as an FO you'll also fly in the right seat. It's true the most junior RDU CA is a 2/2016 hire (for April), but there's a couple guys just a few spots senior to him that are on reserve for April, and the most senior CA reserve is a 6/2015 hire. So figure on anywhere from 2-3 years seniority to consistently hold a line as a CA in RDU. Those June 2015 hires will mostly likely have lines in May.

Is Gojet not getting any street captains? How is the most junior captain on property a June 2017 hire?

Stopped hiring street CA’s in June 2017. Hiring DEC’s only recently started again, in February I believe.

APC data isn't always the most current. We have been hiring Direct Entry Captains all of 2018. Most junior on property will be April 24th, 2018 at the start of the next class which has quite a few DEC's in it.

May line holders and junior pilots. There were captains that were more junior at most of the bases that got a line, but they were build ups (vacation or recurrent) so I didn’t include those in the most junior line holders.

DEN CA Line holder 5/2015
DEN CA most junior 9/2016
DEN FO line holder 11/2017
DEN FO most junior 12/2017

STL CA line holder 2/2016
STL CA most junior 5/2017
STL FO most junior and line holder 12/2017

ORD CA line holder 12/2015
ORD CA most junior 6/2017
ORD FO most junior and line holder 10/2017

DTW CA line holder 10/2016
DTW CA most junior 6/2017
DTW FO most junior and line holder 10/2017

RDU CA line holder 2/2016
RDU CA most junior 6/2017
RDU FO line holder 10/2017
RDU FO most junior 11/2017
