Congratulations on your upcoming interview. I can only speak from my experience, but here ya go. I interviewed in May and have my class date for the end of October.
My interview was really straightforward, no big surprises.
They use LIDO charts and will have you brief an approach and departure procedure. I haven’t used either LIDO or Jepp, which I told the interviewer when he brought them out. He didn’t seem too concerned. Just be familiar with what you would normally be looking for on the charts you use (inbound course, altitudes, frequencies, etc.) They realize very few people at this stage of the game have used LIDO or even Jepp charts, so they understand, they’ll help you get through them, especially if you explain what you are searching for.
With the LIDO DP, again they realize you may be unfamiliar with where the information is. Know what you are looking for when you brief a DP or a STAR. Take your time and hunt for the information you need so you don’t give them the wrong answer.
Again, these charts are not widely used among smaller outfits or general aviation so they aren’t expecting a masters level knowledge base on them.
Know what happens performance-wise when dealing in the mountain flying environment.
All in all, be calm, cool, and collected. Just know that if they called you for an interview, they want you. If there is anything in your past, be honest and up front about it! Best of luck! If you have any questions, just send me a message.

United announced earlier this year that they are replacing 25 of their 45 CRJ700’s in 2019 with Ejets. There is only one regional with 25 CRJ700’s. It could be Mesa but they only have 20 CRJ700’s. So, he is speculating it is GoJet.
Do you know when the CPA expires on your 25 CRJ700’s? Do you have an Ejet program starting up?

I'm at XJT. Lots of rumors/speculation floating around, with some contingencies that will fall into place if our contract is voted in next week. I'm not telling you to come here, I'm just saying GoJet wouldn't be a place to head right now.
I will say this. IF the pilot group passes this contract, XJT will need to hire 800-1000 pilots in the next year.
Upgrade time will drop to less than 3 years, and there may be some other things that come our way....but, that's top secret...

No, it's not bad to replace one with the other, but GoJet is losing 700's and not gaining Ejets. XJT "might" get those, but it remains to be seen.

The information above about XJT probably getting the 25 -175’s as well as the fact that they will replace 25 -700’s at another UAX carrier is public knowledge. If that happens and GoJet is the loser (most likely as they have 25 -700’s on the UAX contract), GoJet will be over staffed.
The good news is that those pilots losing jobs at GoJet will most likely find other jobs in the industry. But you don’t wont to be locked in with a contract if it happens.
It’s like playing the stock market. Is the above guaranteed? No, but you need to do your research and make the best move with public information.
