Wingman Pipeline Program
Just finished my Instrument checkride and am starting to explore different regional cadet programs. GoJet came to my flight school a couple months ago but most of what they said went over my head as I was still working on my private then, but I remembered them mentioning that students can apply for the Wingman Pipeline Program after getting their instrument rating. Does anyone on here have any experience with this program or know how it works? Also contacting GoJet about this but I figured it'd be nice to get some explanations from people outside of recruiting. Thanks for the help!

If anyone says it’s a great idea - they are from recruiting. On here or anywhere else.
As far cadet programs go, I suggest a look at Air Wisconsin. Believe they want 500TT though. I’m not affiliated with either G7 or ZW.

I am a CPL MEL and I applied to the program when I got my IR as a private pilot. Overall it is a great program, there is nothing to lose by signing up really. They fly you down to STL for a couple of days and cover food and lodging expenses. There is no commitment to GoJet by signing up. Sim time and United non-rev flight benefits are some of what is included in the trip to STL.

Did you just apply online or go through a recruiter? I've tried reaching out to GoJet but never heard back which I found strange... I had heard that there was no commitment but I wasn't sure if it was frowned upon in the industry or not, still a baby pilot figuring this stuff out! Thanks for the review! I noticed it listed limited flight benefits as an incentive, do you know what exactly that means and what the limitations are?

Don’t bother with G7. Check AW’s program. PM me if you’d like more info.

Flight benefits meaning flying standby on United Airlines. Low priority standby -- but free flights nonetheless. You can apply online, that's what I did. They will call you for a phone interview and if they like you they will set up a date for you to arrive in St. Louis. There are about 10-20 people they send at a time.
