Rotor RTP 'Another' question
My question is pertaining to the Rotor RTP program with GoJet (I am seeking GoJet due to their base locations to me--I'm close to one of the bases) I have searched for this on the forum and can't seem to find much relating to utilizing GoJet to complete my fixed wing ratings/time. They offer up to $51,000 which will then require a 1 or 2 year commitment or a 3 year promissory note.
First, can anyone explain the exact differences between these two...does it depend on how much money you utilize from GoJet or do you decide which contract you want to sign up for?
Second, I am confident I would be successfully, but what is the process and/or requirement if you are unsuccessful in the training or IOE. Are you then on the hook for the entire amount that you utilized for your ratings? Thanks.

I'm not with GoJet but am a user of a different company RTP. Additionally, quite a few guys in my National Guard unit are with GoJet and DID use the RTP there. They've not discussed the signing of specific contracts but I can say that if you leave prior to fulfilling your agreed contract, you will be paying back whatever amount of funds were used. This is going to be the norm at any company with an RTP since airlines aren't in the habit of giving out free money and training. Do plenty of research, make sure you can even hold a spot in the base that you live near, and best of luck to you!
