If you know how seniority works, then you know it's not that easy. An unhappy regional pilot may be trying to move on to a legacy/major/LCC/cargo but that's not a given. Their other option in your scenario would be to quit and start over on the bottom of another regional seniority list. "Better the devil you know..." and such. If you are just getting your commercial certificate then you have a long way to go
before you will be at an airline. Keep us posted on your progress. I hope you still have the enthusiasm after you have been grinding away "flying jets and getting paid" for a few years.

I never implied it would be “easy”. But you’re coming onto a forum masked by the internet and complaining like you have to worst job in the world. If it’s as bad as you (I don’t mean you personally) make it sound, than yes...just quit. Grinding away “flying jets and getting paid” is still worlds better than the alternative. Maybe be thankful for having a job at all...or that your job, well...is flying jets.

How are you all getting on in class with the masks? Worn all day? Are they relaxing the requirements a bit? Out here in Cal, it's still some of the strictest rules in the country. I get that it's still going on in the airport but was wondering more in the classroom setting.

I wouldn’t go there based on the bonus. Or for any reason as a matter of fact. They still owe a ton of pilots bonuses that they promised and never paid.

They promise, you come, they don't pay. They promise, you come, they file bankruptcy, they don't pay. They promise, you come, they don't pay, you sue, they fight, you settle for a small amount.

How does the promised bonus take form? Is there a contract? Is the contract allowed by the CBA? If not, They promise, you come, they don't pay, you sue, they argue that the CBA overrides the bonus contract as members of the group with a CBA cannot have individual contracts, and they win.

So does anyone know how long it's taking to make captain ? The most junior captain has how much time with the company ?
