Of course. Because you're cheap mickey mouse operator and your pilot group is basically spitting in every other pilots face for working cheaper and saying go F yourself. You guys deserve the highest respect with my middle finger.

RDU pairings are planned to average over five hours of credit a day. Most UAL trips are productive ones also.

Anything picked up in open time is paid at 150%.

That's how normally it is suppose to be, just about every airline offer 150% pick up. Is that in the contract or for the time being? Pinnacle offered 200% for over a year so 150% is nothing to brag about. 150% x GJ rates is still not that great.

You forgot, GJ pay and work rules are competative with other 70 seats operator.
